More Than A Pet Person
Tanks Top K9’s was created for one single reason - to provide all pets and pet parents the services, care and support they need and deserve. My name is Kaitlyn Tank and I’m offering boarding and training options out of my house in Lodi! My whole life revolves around dogs🐶They have always been my passion and now I get to make a career out of it! I’ve been in the dog industry working in boarding/daycare for about 6 years and training for 3 years. I completed a year of school to become a certified dog trainer and interned for Focused Dog Training, where I am now a full time trainer and doing my own stuff on the side! I’m open to all dogs/situations including behavioral issues for the dogs that are a bit misunderstood.🩵I work to provide a low stress environment for your dogs and give them the best experience and life possible!

Boarding
A Stress-Free Experience
Boarding is one of my most popular services, especially for repeat clients. I pride myself on my professional yet fun approach, and do everything necessary to ensure your pets are safe, secure and happy while enjoying all the amenities they would at home 🐾
Training
Plenty of Love and Attention
During my board and train program your dog comes and lives in my home for either 7 day, 10 day, 2 week or 4 weeks!
I offer in-home boarding out of my house in Lodi!$40 a day per dog single dog$30 a day per dog (multi-dog household)I do require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book boarding, it does come off your total for the stay.7 day training program- This will focus on a couple particular behaviors or certain commands you would like your dog to learn or improve at. $800
10 day program- Includes the same as the 7 day but can target extra commands or unwanted behaviors, some outside walking skills included.$1000
2 week training program- My most popular program! Ideal for working on unwanted behaviors such as jumping, barking, counter surfing etc. Your dog will learn loose leash manners and place command. They will also get out into public to test their skills in different environments! $1400
4 week training program- This program gets everything that is included in the 2 week but focuses a lot more of behavior modification. Meaning aggression, reactivity, anxiety issues etc. It is tailored to work on helping unmanageable behaviors. $2800

The benefits of in-home boarding are endless! Your dog gets a low stress environment, they get out every 3-4 hours for potty breaks, play time, walks and cuddle time!
